Process Serving
Our service can be local, national and worldwide and is always reliable and fast
– urgent serves can be arranged at short notice. Our process servers are available
24 hours a day and have extensive knowledge of the rules of serving documents; from
Freezing Orders to Bankruptcy Petitions. Our clients have direct access to our full
back-office service, meaning they will be kept regularly updated on the progress
of the serve. A full range of additional service such as witness statements, comprehensive
Affidavits of Service and detailed asset reports are also available, all transparently
priced.
Tracing
We locate witnesses, debtors and businesses usually within 2-3 days and with a high
success rate. Our fixed-fee price structure offers discounts for bulk instructions.
Asset Searches
Before commencing litigation it makes sense to assess whether the value of any assets
held by the debtor is sufficient to recoup the amount of the claim, were it to be
successful. To assist in this process we offer:
- Pre-sue reports on Debtors, Directors and Businesses
- Credit reports on Individuals and Companies
